Shyna Chow is the managing director of SC Legal Group and a partner of the firm. She heads up the corporate & commercial litigation team. She was admitted to practice in Victoria in 2015. She practices extensively in commercial law, commercial litigation, family and property law. Shyna has extensive experience in all areas of commercial law including: sales, commerce, mergers & acqusitions, joint ventures, agreements and contracts, trade practices, corporations law, intellectual property, and commercial negotiations/mediations.
Appearing in various family and federal circuit courts and tribunals with respect to family law related matters, Shyna has developed a particular interest and specific skillset in dealing with family law matters. Shyna has extensive experience advising in the areas of separation, divorce, defacto disputes, cohabitation agreements, property and financial settlements, child support, spousal maintenance, parenting disputes and mediation.

Shyna is known for bringing her clients a holistic approach, advising with excellence across key areas; commerciality; high level skills under pressure, lateral thinking and problem solving, comprehensive strategic advice; and care for clients.
